High Priority.
Here is why -
There was fighting and tensions between the Kuku and Nuer tribe in Morobi refugee Settlement. Morobi is a settlement located in Obongi district some few kilometers to the Ugandan borders with South Sudan and refugees in Morobi and Paloringa often times cross to and from to South Sudan.
The recent tension and fights between the Kuku and Nuer have triggered distrust and accession from both sides of other refugees escaping with the firearm to the refugee settlement which Hagiga Wahid could not verify due to lack of concrete evidence.
